We are sons and daughters of Marshall residing in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky who are dedicated to advancing the mission of Marshall University.
We are both an Alumni Chapter and a Big Green Chapter supporting the efforts of the University in alumni development and athletic endeavors.
We are honored to be a three-time Marshall University Alumni Association “Chapter of the Year” recipient.
We are proud to be a member of the President’s Circle recognized for lifetime giving to Marshall University.

Aid in student recruitment by promoting awareness of Marshall within our area of influence.

Provide a chapter scholarship to students from the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area attending Marshall University.

Foster the fellowship of local MU alumni and students, parents of students, and friends of the University by hosting a variety of social events, from game watching parties to get-togethers at various venues.

Facilitate networking opportunities for local alumni, those new to the area, and for students and alumni in their employment efforts.
• Organize fundraising activities, such as our annual Coaches Tour/Thundercup Golf Tournament, which benefit MU students.

MU Coach's Tour / Thundercup Golf Tournament
MONDAY, JUNE 21, 2021
The 14th Annual Coaches Tour event begins with our Thundercup Golf Tournament in the afternoon followed by the Coaches Dinner where guests will hear from Marshall head coaches. You do not need to golf in the tournament to attend dinner. All are welcome!
Schedule:
- 12:30 PM – Golf check-in begins.
- 1:30 PM – Golf Scramble start.
- 6:00 PM – Cocktails (cash bar) and Silent Auction in the golf course clubhouse.
- 6:30 PM – Ball Drop Contest and Barbeque Dinner.
As our main fundraising event to support scholarships for MU students, sponsorship opportunities are listed on the registration form.
June 14 is the deadline for registering. For sponsors, registration is requested by June 10 to have time for signage creation.
